Studio Policies

Reservations & cancellations

  • A 50% deposit is due at booking and applied toward your selected experience: $44 for hair play, $22 for back scratching, or $55.50 for the combination.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to preserve your deposit.
  • For cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows, the deposit is forfeited, subject to applicable law and booking-provider terms.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

Final policies will be displayed for acceptance before payment when live booking is enabled.
